  12.                      It having been reported to the Court that Matthew
  13.  
  14.                 E. Segal, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, has been disbarred
  15.  
  16.                 from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of New
  17.  
  18.                 Jersey and this Court by order of June 14, 1993, having
  19.  
  20.                 suspended the said Matthew E. Segal from the practice of
  21.  
  22.                 law in this Court and directed that a rule issue
  23.  
  24.                 requiring him to show cause why he should not be
  25.  
  26.                 disbarred;
  27.  
  28.                      And it appearing that the said rule was duly
  29.  
  30.                 issued;
  31.  
  32.                      It is ordered that the said Matthew E. Segal be
  33.  
  34.                 disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and
  35.  
  36.                 that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys
  37.  
  38.                 admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court.

  42.                      It is ordered that Donald Epperson Kilpatrick, of
